However, we don't like surprises when our business promise is to deliver exceptional value and customer service, so instead we're calling it out to your attention now.

 

All installations include boundary wire, home base wire and robot charging station.

 

Not every yard is perfectly flat or has minimal hard surfaces or obstructions. That's why we do a yard site survey as well as discuss any other special considerations. Unforeseen circumstances or yard layouts, such as slopes, hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks) or obstructions (trees, gardens, existing in ground pet fences, pools, sprinkler systems or underground electrical), can alter complexity and impact installation, pricing or service. 

 

At the very least, we call this non-standard installation. So, here's our shot at clarifying in simple terms.

FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION

Generally, a relatively open lawn with a mostly clear wire path free from major obstructions.

NON-STANDARD INSTALLATION

Generally, some level of complexity and effort due to slopes or obstructions, such as, driveways, sidewalks, trees, gardens, existing in ground pet fences, pools, sprinkler systems or underground electrical.
