Nature Joys Service Terms

Nature Joys ​will supply and own the robotic lawn mower and set up a 24 month robotic lawn mowing service agreement for your yard.

Installation + Maintenance

• Install a dedicated robotic lawn mower that remains on your property for maximum of 8 months of every year.

• All installations include boundary wire, home base wire and robot charging station.

• Survey and install a robot boundary wire.

• Survey and install a home base wire and battery charging station for electrical hookup.

• Outdoor electrical hookup is to be provided by homeowner.

• Inspect and/or change the blades on your mower.

• Monitor and maintain robot performance.

• Maintain the mower and your yard with a monthly charge over 8 months (you only pay in season).

• Provide free winter storage for the robot during off-season.

• Unforeseen circumstances or yard layouts, such as slopes, hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks) or obstructions (trees, gardens, existing in ground pet fences, pools, sprinkler systems or underground electrical), can alter complexity and impact installation, pricing or service. 

 

24 Billed Months Agreement Terms & Conditions

• Agreement Term : 24 Billed Months

• Billing Months : April - November

• Early Termination Fee : If agreement is canceled before the end of 24 billing months (agreement term) an early termination fee will be charged.

• Non-Standard installation may require additional charges

• Agreements will auto renew with the first payment after the expiration of service agreement.

 

Payment Term and Early Termination Fee

We invoice you to start service and repeat the following month for the duration of a season running for 8 months (April - November). You will not be invoiced for offseason service or storage (December - March).

Robotic Ownership

Nature Joys maintains ownership of robotic mower(s), mower base station, any and all wires or connectors associated with the robotic mower system.Upon termination of services Nature Joys may and / or will remove mower and any and all wires or connectors associated with the robotic mower system.

NATURE JOYS LLC and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if NATURE JOYS LLC believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of NATURE JOYS LCC and its subsidiaries.
